We work on the biggest campaigns, the hardest issues, and for brands that want to stand out from the crowd.We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team. Someone who works fast, sweats the details, and makes the kind of creative that gets noticed.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Design bold, strategic creative across digital, social, web, print, and broadcast.Build logos, campaign identities, and brand systems that feel intentional and cohesiveCreate high-performing digital ads, landing pages, email graphics, decks, and presentation materials that are clear, persuasive, and visually dialed in.Translate messaging and strategy into compelling visual storytelling.Collaborate with account teams, video editors, producers, to develop integrated campaign creative.Prepare and package final files - understanding specs, placements, and technical requirements.Manage multiple active tasks at once while maintaining speed, organization, and attention to detail.Incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully without losing creative integrity.Maintain clean file structures, consistent naming conventions, and organized asset libraries.Requirements3-5 years of professional design experience in an agency, campaign, advocacy, or similarly fast-paced creative environment.A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand identity work, digital-first design thinking, and versatility across styles.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of After Effects a plus.Experience with Figma and Canva for web, collaborative design workflows, and quick-turn creative.Working knowledge of Google Slides for building and maintaining presentation decks.Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, and color.Ability to take strategic direction and translate it into sharp, persuasive visual execution.Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.Highly organized with disciplined file management habits.Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams.Position is based in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA; applicants must be willing and able to fulfill the role in person.Portfolio required.
