We help property owners recover after damage from water, fire, mold and storm-related events. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, clear communication and long-term growth opportunities for our employees.Position OverviewThe Director of Business Development is responsible for driving the growth of the company through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. This role will focus on managing existing relationships with commercial accounts, leading and developing a small sales team, and cultivating new commercial accounts and business opportunities within the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.Manage and nurture relationships with commercial accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.Analyze market trends and competition to inform strategic planning and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.QualificationsStrong experience in business development, with a focus on disaster restoration or related fields.Experience with insurance-related services and the claims process is a plus.Having a book of business of commercial accounts is highly desirable.
