Artist Handler

Position: Artist HandlerStart/End Date: May 13 - May 14, 2026Rate: $350 per dayPosition Type: Temporary, ContractInclusions: Travel arrangements not included. Staff meals provided during event day.This is a temporary contract position with Kilowatt Events, Inc (KWE) for the 150th Eli Lilly Anniversary Event, located in Indianapolis, IN. The main objective of the Artist Handler is to work onsite as part of a team to successfully work with the assigned artist to successfully execute the Eli Lilly Anniversary Event. This position will report to the Artist Relations Manager. Job Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for assigned artists or talent during arrival, performance, and departure.2. Escort artists between key locations including transportation drop-off, green rooms, hospitality areas, and stage or appearance locations.3. Ensure artist hospitality needs are met by coordinating with production, catering, and artist relations teams.4. Maintain a professional and discreet presence while supporting artist schedules and requests.5. Communicate any timing changes, needs, or issues to the Artist Relations Manager or Venue Manager.Requirements:1. 4+ years experience with artist and concert management.2. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods of time.3. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.4. Ability to follow instructions and work under the direction of Event Leads.5. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality during scheduled shifts.6.
