It is a platform leadership mandate with full responsibility for strategy, architecture, and technical execution.This is a hands-on role with enterprise-level impact. We're rebuilding the financial operating system of WME. Close cycles. Working capital. Revenue integrity. Automation. We're redesigning the platform that drives all of it.Why This Role Matters:This platform is central to how WME operates. It is not a side initiative or a technical clean-up. It is a long-term strategic priority with executive sponsorship and meaningful investment behind it.The leader in this role will have real authority to shape architecture, operating model, and team composition. The mandate is to build a durable, modern finance platform that strengthens how capital flows through the business and scales with the company over the next decade.This is a rare opportunity to build something foundational inside a complex, high-velocity enterprise and see the impact of those decisions in real time.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the multi-year strategy for WME's Enterprise Finance Platform, owning both roadmap and technical deliveryModernize legacy workflows and simplify structural complexity by embedding AI and automation where they materially improve performanceBuild and lead the engineering organization, setting clear standards for architecture, integrations, and data designTreat Finance operators as customers by mapping workflows, instrumenting friction, and prioritizing improvements based on measurable user and business impactDeliver structural business outcomes: shorter close cycles, reduced manual workflows and support tickets, increased automation, stronger revenue integrity, improved working capital visibility, and systems that scale without linear headcount growthEnsure platform stability, security, and regulatory compliance across global operationsOwn enterprise platform budget and technology investment decisionsLead change management and adoption across global finance teamsAlign senior business, finance, and technology stakeholders around clear priorities and measurable outcomesQualifications:10+ years leading enterprise-scale SAP or ERP environmentsDeep technical understanding of SAP ECC and related platforms, including BW, BPC, SLT, GRC, and ConcurStrong knowledge of end-to-end finance process integration across RTR, PTP, and OTCExperience modernizing complex SAP landscapes, including upgrades, cloud migrations, integration redesign, or S/4 readinessHands-on leadership of global functional and technical teamsExperience managing enterprise budgets and optimizing vendor and SI spendSolid understanding of SDLC, ITSM, enterprise integration patterns, and SOX and ITGC control environmentsProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide decisions through structured, data-driven analysisBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experienceMBA or advanced degree is valued but not requiredHiring Range Maximum Compensation: $335,000Hiring Range Minimum Compensation: $251,250Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.Hiring Rate Minimum: $251,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:$335,000 annually
