HRP Associates, Inc. is seeking highly skilled and motivated Remedial Environmental Engineers with 10+ years of experience to join one of our offices in either Farmington, CT, Clifton Park, NY, Plymouth, MA, or Greenville, SC. Successful candidates will be responsible for designing and implementing remedial solutions for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor contamination projects. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. If this sounds like the career move you have been waiting to make and if you meet our qualifications, we want to talk with you!Responsibilities:Develop and design remedial strategies for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor contaminationConduct site assessments, including soil and groundwater sampling and analysisPrepare detailed reports, including remedial design plans, cost estimates, and project schedulesOversee the implementation of remediation projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standardsCollaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project successMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of remediation efforts and make necessary adjustmentsProvide technical support and guidance to junior staff and project teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field- Master's degree is a plusMust have a Professional Engineer (PE) licenseMinimum of 10 years of experience in environmental engineering, with a focus on remedial design for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor projectsFamiliarity with remedial technologies such as:In Situ Chemical Oxidation (ISCO)BioremediationSoil Vapor Extraction (SVE)Air SpargingPermeable Reactive Barriers (PRBs)Multi-Phase Extraction (MPE)In Situ Stabilization (ISS)Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standardsProficiency in using environmental modeling and design softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefits & Company Culture:The vision of HRP Associates, Inc., is reliant on the expertise of our dedicated professionals who provide excellent consultation to our loyal clientele.
