Business Analyst ( 3-5 nos.) Must have Worked on public welfare system/eligibility/benefit system with strong business knowledge as IT/County worker. Must have knowledge/experience on State welfare programs like Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program etc. Strong knowledge in understanding requirements gathering, documenting requirements, reviewing requirements with customer and getting approvals. Strong on client communication/front-ending Must have 8+ years' experience as Business Analyst/County/State experience. Must work from Client office in Roseville, CA
