Installation Coordinator

Position: Installation Coordinator Type: Temp-to-Perm Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4:30PM or 8AM-5PM Pay: $18+/hrAbout the Role:We're looking for a reliable and organized Installation Coordinator to oversee and manage the end-to-end process of kitchen and bath installation projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring jobs are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor installation projects from scheduling through completionServe as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teamsCommunicate effectively to schedule installations and allocate necessary resourcesTroubleshoot issues that arise during installations and ensure timely resolutionMaintain accurate records and documentation related to project timelines and progressProvide excellent customer service and support throughout the installation processWhat We're Looking For:Strong customer service and communication skillsHighly detail-oriented and organizedFast learner with the ability to adapt quicklyTeam-oriented and able to collaborate across departmentsComfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlinesPunctual, dependable, and self-motivatedBonus: Knowledge of doors, trim, and stair parts is a plus Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
