Paralegal - Personal Injury (Plaintiff)Location: St. Petersburg, FLCompensation: $40+/hour (commensurate with experience)We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a collaborative and fast-paced plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This role supports personal injury and large catastrophic cases from inception through resolution and works closely with a seasoned legal team.Position OverviewThe Paralegal will support an office of 6 attorneys, handling cases start to finish while contributing to a team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport plaintiff personal injury and catastrophic injury cases from intake through trial or settlementDraft and manage legal documents, pleadings, and discoveryCoordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counselMaintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendarsAssist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategyScheduleMonday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMFriday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PMQualificationsPrior experience as a paralegal in plaintiff personal injury law preferredAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficientlyStrong organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsBenefitsHealth insurance eligibility after 90 days of employmentTwo (2) weeks of PTO after 90 daysSupportive, collaborative team environmentIf you're a motivated paralegal looking to work on meaningful cases with a strong legal team, we encourage you to apply.
