This position will work alongside the Full-Time Managers when planning and executing of each shift. This position is also responsible for coordinating the staff and making sure the work is being done efficiently, safely, and properly. In the event an accident report is needed, the Custodial Supervisor is responsible for filling out incident reports and following proper company protocols when needed. The Operations Department has flexible schedules as employees are able to pick the shifts and events worked.This role pays an hourly rate of $19.50Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until April 17, 2026.ResponsibilitiesSupervise staff to ensure work is being done properly, safely, and effectivelyCoordinate with manager on shift and fellow supervisors to develop a plan for the shiftsPerform general labor as assignedPerform custodial duties such as cleaning suites, bathrooms, locker rooms, picking up and sweeping trash, and changing out trash bags.Train new hires how to properly execute all Operations Department tasks. Perform checks to ensure everything has been done properly and correctlyOrganize plan of action to coordinate the staff to ensure tasks are accomplishedKeeping the staff on task and moving from one task to anotherReport incidents such as medical, physical, or facility concernsFilling out incident reports when someone gets hurtQualificationsMust be 18 years or olderAt least 1 year of experience in OperationsMust have reliable transportationMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift at least 30 poundsAbility to perform general laborMust be able to walk stairs, bend, and lean with or without accommodationsMust be able to pass a criminal background check
