Job Description:The Design Coordinator sets the tone for the Cambria Showroom within the NFM store in Dallas, TX delivering exceptional customer service to create a lasting impression. They are brand ambassadors and product experts. This position requires an interpersonal individual able to explore the customer's needs by asking succinct questions to match them with the best Cambria product for their project.** This is a part time position. Hours will vary week to week but candidates can expect between 21-28 hours per week. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in day to day operations of the sales floorPlanning, organizing and executing all space events with events and gallery teamProvide exceptional customer experience to all customers in the Cambria spaceGenerate sales leads and collaborate with the local sales teams in NFMLearn and master Brand and product knowledge effectivelyMake follow up phone calls with consumers on project statusProvide detailed information to better help homeowners and designers understand the benefits of CambriaAssist consumers with design solutions for their project, as requestedRemain educated on current design trends in the industryMerchandise displays and ensure brand standards are maintained within the ShowroomPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications and SkillsEffective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, high level of organization and initiativePassion for sales and closing skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partiesProfessional demeanorPronounced analytical and follow up skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentMinimum RequirementsEducation: College Degree (preferably Marketing, Interior Design / Home Fashion, Retail Sales)Experience: 0-3 years' relevant experience in the retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service and event planning experienceSystems:Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Salesforce (preferred)Additional RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Showroom position requires some lifting of samples, up to 25 pounds and event set up.Travel Requirements: N/ACambria's starting pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
