Salary:$60,000-$70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k), and Paid Time OffJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing law firm in Winter Garden, Florida. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and can confidently manage a high-volume caseload. The position is fully onsite and works closely with a collaborative litigation team.Office Schedule:Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMFriday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PMJob Responsibilities: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents Coordinate and schedule hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, including calendaring and tracking deadlines Communicate professionally with opposing counsel, courts, clients, and vendors Assist attorneys with case strategy, negotiations, and settlement efforts Manage and maintain a high volume of active litigation files Ensure accurate case records and compliance with Florida court rules and filing deadlines Monitor and track case progress from inception through resolutionQualifications: 4-5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal required Prior experience in community association or real estate law preferred Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines Excellent drafting, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Professional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems No minimum billable hour requirementAbout the Company:We are a growing law firm based in Winter Garden, Florida, dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to homeowner and condominium associations.
