Customer Service Representative: Spanish Location:Largo, FL 33773 Duration: 3-Month Contract (Temp-to-Hire) Pay rate: $23/hr (W2) Overview: Seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide support for shipments, products, and complaints. This role supports the Latin American market and requires strong communication, accuracy, and customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls related to orders, returns, shipments, and product inquiries Accurately enter and manage orders, billing, and customer data Resolve customer complaints, warranties, and service issues Coordinate with service centers, carriers, and internal teams Track shipments, initiate tracers, and manage order changes or cancellations Maintain customer records and perform basic administrative tasks Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (Associate's preferred) Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Excel; SAP/ERP preferred) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic Additional Info: Office-based role (reception setting) Opportunity to convert to full-time after 90+ days Open to entry-level candidates with strong communication skills
