It is essential that this position provide good communication between the customer, sales engineer and the factories in order to accomplish a seamless product deliveryProcess and enter sales orders and quotations into CRM (Netsuite)Utilize industry databases to research and find upcoming jobs to bidDo preliminary take off on upcoming jobsMaintain project schedules in quote/project management system ensuring timely project management including: Submittals, Orders Entered, Customer Acknowledgements, Delivery Schedules, IOMs, Project Close OutDevelop "Installation Operations and Maintenance Manuals" to provide the customer with written documentation on how to operate and maintain equipment purchasedWork closely with manufacturers to resolve issuesCoordinate scheduling of equipment start-up and resolution of warranty-related issuesRemain knowledgeable on products and technologies which Hoffman Hydronics representsOther tasks as assignedEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred but not required2 or more years' experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not requiredMinimum 2 years' experience in similar role (Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management)Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.Experience with Marketing / Project Management Skills and QualificationsA strong sales presence and ability to develop lasting relationships/Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.Strong time management skillsSincere desire to help others.Strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.Must possess a personal need to consistently produce accurate and thorough results.Superior written and oral communication skillsProven problem solving, leadership and listening skills.Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)Strong technical aptitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task.Strong administrative and organizational skillsWorking Conditions Normal office environmentModerate lifting may be required to move equipment, files and supplies.Minimal travel may be required at times.Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours to ensure task are completed.Occasional work in outside weather conditions Physical DemandsStanding: FrequentlyWalking: FrequentlySitting: FrequentlyHandling/Fingering: FrequentlyBending: FrequentlyPushing/Pulling 12 lbs or less: FrequentlyLifting/Carrying 10 lbs or less: Frequently/Lifting/Carrying 11-20 lbs: OccasionallyReaching Outward: OccasionallyReaching Above Shoulder: OccasionallySquatting/Kneeling: Occasionally This job description is intended to provide information regarding the essential functions and basic duties of this position.
