Apply now!What You will Receive as a Maintenance Technician:Salary: USD $35.00 - $41.00/hr$7500 sign on bonus PLUS relocation.Company Result Sharing Bonus paid weekly.Shift: 4 /10 schedule OR 14 day rotating schedule in monthDay shift on the 1st year; must work 12 hour rotating shifts- modified DuPont schedule.1/2 Techs working days, 1/2 working rotating shift, but must be open to both.Located in Graniteville, South Carolina, USWhat You will Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician:This position supports an assigned production area in a 24/7 production tire plant.This position directly reports to the Area Maintenance SupervisorBe Safe- comply with all safety regulationsPartner with Engineering team to install, test, and release equipmentKnowledge of recording activities in a CMMSMaintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyorsVarious PLC'sNetworking and Communications: EtherNet / IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNetAC Drives, Motors, Encoder and Resolver troubleshootingCalibration of flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loopsFamiliar with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, equipment rebuilds, and repairs.Familiar with automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems.Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages.Inspect parts for damage/wearTest and observe running machineryUse hoists and lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, testing equipment, etc.Other duties as assignedWhat You will Need to Have as a Maintenance Technician:Must be Multi-Craft (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years experience and Associates degree in Industrial MaintenancePreferrably with skills in the following:- Allen Bradley PLC- 480 Volt- 3 Phase Motors- Hydraulics- PneumaticsCan pass a background check and drug test.By submitting your information with us, you consent to receive electronic communications through methods such as Email and Text (SMS).
