Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a Digital Press Operator:Set up and prepare digital press equipment for daily production runsReview job specifications and verify files and proofs before printingOperate digital press machines to produce printed materials on various substratesMonitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments when neededEnsure jobs are completed accurately and within scheduled deadlinesPerform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting on equipmentTrack production details such as materials used, job completion, and quantities producedWork closely with internal teams to ensure artwork and print files meet production requirementsMaintain a safe and organized work area while following company safety proceduresSkills and ExperienceWhat You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:3+ years of experience operating digital printing equipment or working as a press operatorStrong computer skills with experience managing print-ready filesKnowledge of prepress processes, color accuracy, and print production workflowsAbility to identify color variations and maintain high-quality print standardsMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlinesReliable attendance and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsHigh School Diploma or GED required We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
