Frequent contact occurs with Oaklawn personnel in the performance of duties. External contact with vendors and service providers. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical/medical/legal information. Ability to respond to routine inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups.Minimum Hiring Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent In absence of high school diploma, minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required Must have a valid driver's license
