Start earning PTO the day you start Work life balance Employee assistance program Regular supervision What You'll DoPrimary duties: Must have electrical, plumbing, and basic construction experience; troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of equipment, buildings and facilities; seasonal landscaping, grounds keeping and snow removal. Frequent contact occurs with Oaklawn personnel in the performance of duties. External contact with vendors and service providers. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical/medical/legal information. Ability to respond to routine inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups.Minimum Hiring Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent In absence of high school diploma, minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required Must have a valid driver's license
