What You Bring: * 5+ years of hands-on experience in extrusion blow molding. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related). * Expertise in equipment * Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, or DOE. * A passion for innovation and a drive to improve every day.
