We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships.Job DescriptionAssemble informational materials or packets as requestedAssist with generation of reports, including data gathering via the computer system, printed reports or other available informationResponsible for processing supportive services including reviewing supportive services forms, contacting client to verify address (if needed), order items and verify receiptEnter comments in project specific system(s) for supportive services in accordance with State requirementsAssist with ordering office suppliesMaintain inventory supply list and ensure office supplies are fully stockedKeep organized records of all orders to be sent to Manager and/or Accounting on a monthly basisDistribute, track and reconcile transportation (bus passes & gas cards)Distribute, track and reconcile debit cards (internet and cell phone)Obtain client signaturesResponsible for all documents to be uploaded into electronic case file systemMaintain Shared Drive for the ProjectPerform general office clerk dutiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentExcellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skillsBe able to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needsAble to multi-task, work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skills and have strong attention to detailKnowledge of Microsoft Office software and able to work in many different programs including client database, excel, word and power pointAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
