Our team works closely with each location to support compassionate, resident-centered care and create positive, thriving environments for both residents and staff.Position SummaryThe Corporate Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all human resources functions across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for employees at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and long‑term growth.Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.Lead HR initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.Oversee talent acquisition strategies, including recruiting, onboarding, and employer branding.Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑engagement workplace culture.Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action.Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the organization.Ensure efficient and accurate HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll coordination, and reporting.Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.Partner with legal counsel and leadership to mitigate employee‑related risk.Lead, develop, and mentor the HR team, ensuring high service standards and professional growth.Establish clear priorities, workflows, and accountability across HR functions.Provide strategic oversight of the CMS Payroll‑Based Journal (PBJ) submission process and partner with facility leadership to develop strategies that improve staffing metrics and regulatory performance QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience within the healthcare field, including multi‑site or corporate oversight preferably managing multiple worksites.Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing organizational strategy.Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.Demonstrated success leading large‑scale HR strategy and initiatives.·        Strong working knowledge of the CMS Payroll‑Based Journal (PBJ) process, including data submission, validation, audits, and compliance requirements Why Join UsCollaborative executive leadership environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Meaningful impact on employees, culture, and organizational success.
