Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Hopkins, MN (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Job Summary The client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support key technology initiatives. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping define requirements, design functional architecture, and ensure successful implementation of applications. The Analyst will play a critical role in process improvement, system analysis, testing, training, and ongoing user support. Key Responsibilities Act as a consultant and liaison to internal business groups, building strong relationships with stakeholders and technology teams Partner with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and functional needs Collaborate with application development teams to design and define functional architecture solutions Maintain a detailed understanding of current business systems, technology, and infrastructure from a functional perspective Provide guidance on business impacts related to system enhancements and development projects Lead or support process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and results Participate in application implementation, including user training, documentation, and rollout support Serve as the first point of contact for user support, issue investigation, and problem resolution related to system functionality Investigate, analyze, and resolve application and system issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed Manage or support routine projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives Work closely with business lines, management, and internal resources to ensure successful project and release execution Review, validate, and contribute to test plans to ensure adequate functional coverage Coordinate and/or execute testing activities and identify opportunities to improve testing processes Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a senior or lead capacity Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder collaboration Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions Experience supporting application development, testing, and implementation efforts Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with business and technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem is a plus, but not required Experience working in a hybrid or enterprise technology environment
