We strive to provide opportunities and pathways to gainful employment and career advancement.What is an Orthodontic Lab / Production Technician Our Lab / Production Techs hand-craft top-quality dental appliances for our Orthodontist and Dentist customers in order to serve their patients' needs. As a result, we collaborate with these dental professionals to create industry-leading quality appliances that create smiles for their patients that inspire a lifetime of confidence. This is done through a combination of advanced processes and materials, including CAD/CAM design, 3D printing of resin and metal, wire bending, and fabrication of highly specialized acrylics and metal alloys. All of this is done in our beautiful and new lab production facility located on Chandler Street in Buffalo, NY, which provides our employees a clean, open, naturally lit, and overall pleasant work environment to thrive within.RequirementsWhat we are looking for:Ideal candidates for these positions will possess excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to minute details, including the ability to recognize differences in color and shape.
