POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking to hire a new Lieutenant for the Minnesota FPS Contract. The Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, with Friday's hours being flexible pending staffing and other Management needs.PAY TRANSPARENCEY/COMPENSATIONHourly Rate or Salary Range $32.65Health and Welfare $4.47ResponsibilitiesInspections of posts and PSOs throughout the month. Could involve traveling to outstate posts in a Company provided vehicleDelivery of uniform orders, post supplies and company documentsManage post books (memos, duty book, company folder)Collect end of the month paperwork from all postsTeach SMART Book training if necessaryFill open shifts during on call weekendsIssue disciplinary actions as neededAssist with new hire training as neededScheduling Filling call-offs, and filling shifts as neededOrder and maintain uniform inventoryPosition requires sitting for long periods of time. Continuous computer use. Duties require using hands and wrist for typing and computer usage for long periods of time, lifting more than 10 pounds, bending twisting, and standing. Some activities that involve standing for long periods of time. Requires conducting regular site visits.Position is primarily in office setting.
