Position Details: Position Type: Temp to Perm - contingent upon performance and continued business need Job Location: Durham, NC Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Shift- 1st - must be able to work OT on as needed basis Compensation: $ 17.00-21.50 Responsibilities: Production and packaging equipment set-up and operation Weighing of materials, sieve and blending activities, milling and granulation, blending, etc. Manufacturing of cGMP products, following SOPs, providing accurate documentation in production batch records and in-process testing and sampling of batches Assisting with packing and cleaning of the equipment and machinery Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required; some college courses or an Associate's Degree in Biotech, Biopharma, chemistry or relevant field - preferred Knowledge of proper documentation and correction practices Knowledge of cGMPs, CFRs, OSHA and FDA regulations Knowledge of deviations/incidents and CAPA 0-1 year experience performing batch manufacturing and packing at a pharmaceutical company Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings (such as background check and a drug test). Be available for overtime, including weekends, as needed for production support Experience (minimum 1 year) with handling of Transdermal Dosage manufacturing. Familiar with proper documentation and correction practices Must be a Team player able to effectively communicate with QA Supervisor, IPQA, Quality Control, Production, Warehouse, Engineering and Supply Chain to meet finished product release goals Apply Today!
