Signing Bonus Eligible* Kitchen Director (Executive Leadership Role) We are seeking an experienced and high-capacity Kitchen Director to join our Executive Team. This senior leader will oversee all back-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant environment, ensuring excellence in food safety, quality, team performance, and operational execution. This role is critical to our success-you will directly lead, coach, and develop our kitchen leadership team and team members while building systems that support speed, accuracy, and an exceptional guest experience.
