Banquet Server

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and allergens.• Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with meals and service.• Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.• Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.Qualifications:• Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.• Basic math skills for handling payments.• Professional appearance and positive attitude.• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.• Lift and carry trays, dishes, or other items (up to 30 lbs).• Bend, reach, and stoop as needed.
