Finance Associate

NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a law firm in Dallas, TX, to find an experienced Finance Associate. The Associate will support the Partners in complex, structured, and real estate finance transactions. ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on complex structured and real estate finance transactions, including repo lines, note sales, asset-backed (AB) facilities, note-on-note facilities, and mezzanine loans.Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, coordinate diligence, and manage deal execution through closing.Collaborate with partners, clients, and opposing counsel while handling multiple high-value matters in a fast-paced environment.Requirements3-5 years of experience in structured finance, commercial finance, or real estate finance within a law firm setting.Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.Ability to manage complex transactions independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.NextStep Recruiting provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, or applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location where the company has facilities.
