Job Title: Graphic DesignerLocation-Type: Houston, TX - RemoteStart Date Is: ASAPDuration: Contract to HireCompensation Range: $30-$40/Hour Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support our Corporate Marketing team in creating high-quality, on-brand visual assets across presentations, motion graphics, and social media. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer who is detail-oriented, eager to grow, and excited to work across both static and motion design. In this role, you will help ensure brand consistency across PowerPoint presentations, develop engaging explainer videos, and create compelling graphics for digital channels. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to support initiatives such as RFPs, customer communications, and social campaigns.Requirements: Must Haves 1-4 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field (internships included) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro Working knowledge of PowerPoint, including slide design, formatting, and templates Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy) Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines consistently Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Nice to Haves Experience creating motion graphics or short-form video content Exposure to corporate marketing, RFPs, or proposal design Experience designing for social media platforms Familiarity with branding systems and visual identity development Basic understanding of marketing or campaign workflows Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
