The Project Manager (Electrical) PositionThe Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects safely, on budget, and on schedule while complying with company, client, and union requirements. This includes maintaining a zero lost-time accident record through strict adherence to safety programs, managing construction budgets to ensure positive cash flow and profitability, and planning field labor productivity above a 1.00 index through a structured preconstruction handoff process. The role also requires ensuring compliance with the CPM schedule by effectively managing vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, maintaining accurate project documentation using CRM Software and PlanGrid, and coordinating manpower forecasts with field leadership and local unions to meet project milestones.Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Project Manager (Electrical) Position1-2 years of Electrical Operations experience is required, preferably in a Project Manager roleA Journeyman's license is required, with a Master Electrician license preferredExperience with McCormick or similar estimating program is preferredIn-depth knowledge of NEC/NFPA codesWorking knowledge of electrical installations Compensation and Benefits for the Project Manager (Electrical) PositionOur client provides a competitive compensation package that includes a generous salary with bonus potential.
