Production Technician - 1st and 2nd shift

If you have a strong desire to work for a leading, global coatings company in the development of new, innovative products, then Red Spot is where you want to be!We have an immediate opening for a Production Technician on our 1st and 2nd shift at our Evansville, IN facility.Responsibilities:Pour pigments, make tints, and use a formula to create an exact color, consistency and texture. Conduct test sprays to ensure quality and customer expectations are met.Prepare orders into the proper sized containers.Operate a forklift - shipping/receiving and material handling.Requirements:Ability to work shift hours: First (6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.) and Second (2:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.) Monday-FridayPossess general problem solving and math skillsA keen eye for detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComplete pre-employment testing to include: Background and health physical, cognitive ability and color blindness testingHourly Pay:1st shift - $20.25, $21.50 after 90 days2nd shift - $21.25, $22.50 after 90 daysWhy Join the Team:Be part of something bigger.
