The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive refinishing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes that meet manufacturer and dealership standards.This is a great opportunity to work in a professional dealership environment with a steady workflow and a supportive team.Responsibilities:Prepare vehicles and parts for paint (sanding, masking, priming, etc.)Mix and match paint to ensure accurate color matchingApply base coat, clear coat, and other finishes using professional spray equipmentInspect painted surfaces and correct defects when necessaryMaintain a clean and organized paint booth and work areaFollow all safety and environmental regulationsCollaborate with body technicians and estimators to ensure quality repairs and timely completionRequirements:Certified Automotive Painter (I-CAR or equivalent certification preferred)3+ years of automotive refinishing experience in a collision center or body shopStrong knowledge of paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniquesExperience with modern paint booth equipment and spray gunsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a dealership collision centerFamiliarity with major paint systems, such as PPG, BASF, Axalta, or Sherwin-WilliamsBenefits:Competitive pay (based on experience)Consistent workloadProfessional work environmentOpportunity for long-term growthWe are an equal opportunity employer.
