Dining Room Host - Seasonal Guaranteed hours through the summer with flexibility to continue into the fall. Position is for a 2pm-8pm shift, must be available on Saturdays. What You'll Do: * Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine smile. * Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked dining area. * Proactively engage with guests-offer high chairs, refill drinks, clear trays, and anticipate needs. * Respond quickly to spills or messes with a helpful and humble attitude. * Assist with restocking condiments, napkins, utensils, and beverage stations. * Support the Front of House team with various hospitality tasks. * Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and checked regularly. * Follow Chick-fil-A's dress code and uphold our high standards. * Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: * A servant's heart with a cheerful and positive attitude. * Natural attentiveness-seeing what needs to be done before being asked. * Comfortable initiating conversation and connecting with guests of all ages. * Strong sense of cleanliness and organization. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (excluding Sundays).
