Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. Candidate must have strong Java development expertise to lead solution design and drive end-to-end implementation across advanced Java, microservices, and integration components. Rate Range: $58/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Technical Lead job responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end development efforts across Java, Spring Boot, and microservices components.Driving requirement discussions with business teams to convert functional needs into clear technical designs.Overseeing implementation activities by guiding developers and ensuring coding standards are met.Managing integration work involving RESTful APIs, Kafka, and database interactions.Creating and reviewing design documents, technical specifications, and solution diagrams.Supporting code reviews, troubleshooting efforts, and optimization of application performance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.8-10 years of hands-on work in advanced Java development and related technologies.Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Proven capability to lead development efforts across microservices, Spring Boot, and integration frameworks.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
