Your impact We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Identity & Access Governance Analyst Intern to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This internship provides hands-on experience with the processes and technologies that ensure secure access to company systems and data. The intern may assist in identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and support the ongoing transformation of the company's IAM infrastructure. This role may also offer exposure to compliance, auditing, and various IAM tools and platforms. Help strengthen enterprise IAM posture by analyzing identities and entitlements, producing evidence‑ready governance reports, and supporting compliance monitoring across the IAM lifecycle for both user and non‑human accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze identity/entitlement datasets to identify anomalies, gaps, and control issues * Generate recurring Excel‑based compliance and governance reports for audits and leadership * Document findings and create concise executive summaries for non‑technical stakeholders * Partner with Identity Governance (IGA) to refine IAM lifecycle controls (joiner/mover/leaver and access management) Here's what you'll need Qualifications: * Current enrollment in a degree seeking program in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or closely related discipline * Familiarity with IDM/IAM governance concepts (oversight of user accounts, non-human accounts, entitlements, least privilege, separation of duties) * Understanding of IDM/IAM lifecycle processes (hire‑to‑retire) * Advanced Excel skills for data mining, reconciliation, and reporting * 3.0 GPA or higher Ideally, You'll Also Have: * Familiarity with Information Technology General Controls frameworks influencing IAM governance Posted Salary Range: Minimum 45,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 61,000.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $61,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked.
