Estimator - Division 10 - RemotePosition OverviewThe Division 10 Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating costs related to Division 10 projects with product lines such including toilet partitions, toilet accessories, fire protection systems, wall protection, signage, etc. The role involves collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are accounted for and that estimates align with project specifications and budget requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project plans and specifications to determine Division 10 scope of work.Prepare detailed cost estimates for Division 10 products including toilet partitions, accessories, and fire protection systems.Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates.Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary information for estimates.Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing on materials.Ensure all estimates are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.Assist in the preparation of proposals and bid submissions.QualificationsProven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, particularly with Division 10 products.Having experience using software such as Comsense is perferable Strong understanding of toilet partitions, toilet accessories, fire protection, wall protection, and signage.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Benefits Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
