The Visual Media & Design Manager serves as the production engine of the Marketing Department, translating strategy into high-impact visual execution across retail, mission services, and enterprise initiatives. This mid-level maker role leads environmental graphics, campaign creative, print production, video storytelling, and digital assets. Operating independently without daily project management oversight, this role is trusted to prioritize work, manage production workflows, and deliver polished, production-ready creative that elevates brand perception and supports revenue and mission growth.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Production, Visual Communications, or related field3-4+ years of professional experience in design and/or video productionAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Demonstrated experience in print production, environmental graphics, and digital video editingPortfolio demonstrating campaign-level thinking and production-ready executionQUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:Strong understanding of print specifications and vendor-ready file preparationExperience coordinating with printers, fabricators, and production vendorsSkilled in planning, shooting, and editing video for social-first platformsAbility to manage multiple deadlines independently without project management oversightStrong organizational skills and asset management disciplineHigh level of aesthetic judgment and brand consistencyExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to troubleshoot production challenges and problem-solve in real timeESSENTIAL DUTIES:Environmental & Campaign Design (30%)Design in-store signage and environmental graphics across retail and mission spacesProduce integrated campaign creative across print, digital, and social channelsPrepare production-ready files to vendor specificationsCoordinate fabrication timelines and installation needsVideo & Multimedia Production (30%)Plan, shoot, and edit video content for:Store openingsWorkforce development storiesCampaign launchesSocial media platformsAdapt content rapidly across formats and aspect ratiosMaintain organized video archive and asset systemBrand Execution & Enterprise Alignment (20%)Ensure all visual assets align with established brand standardsMaintain cohesive visual identity across retail, mission, and enterprise environmentsElevate overall visual sophistication and consistency of Ohio Valley GoodwillProduction & Vendor Coordination (20%)Upload and coordinate final files with printers and fabricatorsManage signage and environmental installation timelinesTroubleshoot production issues independentlyCommunicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding deadlines and deliverablesPERODICAL DUTIES:Support large-scale retail store openings and Opportunity Center launchesContribute to annual campaigns and seasonal promotionsAssist with internal communications visual needsMaintain brand asset libraries and templatesSupport special enterprise initiatives as assignedWORK HOURS & BENEFITSThis is a full-time salaried position.
