Join us and help lead that transformation.About the RoleThe Vice President of Property Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational performance across Proper's multifamily portfolio. This role will lead efforts to standardize processes, improve property-level execution, and scale best-in-class management practices across multiple markets. You will partner closely with executive leadership and regional teams to translate strategy into execution-ensuring strong financial performance, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the platform. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational leadership.
