Business Analyst

A large telecom provider is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team. The group supports 14 main applications that are broken down into four main groups. This role will focus on one of those four groups, which supports a few applications technicians use for addressing outages. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between u and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.
