Forthea President Christopher Pappas has been recognized as one of Houston's top young business leaders.Job DescriptionThe Client Brand Manager serves as the primary strategic lead for assigned client engagements, ensuring high-quality execution, performance, and client satisfaction. This individual partners closely with internal specialists across multiple digital marketing channels and maintains a strong mid-level client relationship.This is a part-time, contract role (approximately 20 hours/week) that can be performed remotely from any location.Key Areas of ResponsibilityClient & Account LeadershipOwn the overall success of assigned client engagements, balancing performance, budget, and client expectationsServe as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationshipsProactively identify opportunities to enhance performance, expand scope, or introduce innovative solutionsManage client satisfaction by aligning delivery to clearly defined expectationsStrategic OversightOversee day-to-day performance of digital marketing programs, including paid media, search, and online initiativesReview and guide strategic recommendations such as bidding strategies, creative direction, and optimization plansEvaluate campaign data and analytics to inform performance improvements and strategic pivotsTeam & Project ManagementCoordinate and oversee work completed by specialists and project managers across marketing channelsAssign project tasks, clarify scope and timelines, and ensure alignment with allocated budgetsMonitor time and effort against project constraints and communicate risks or adjustments proactivelyReview deliverables (e.g., keyword research, creative assets, templates, campaign plans) prior to client presentationClient Communication & ReportingSupport or lead client kickoff meetings and key milestone discussionsProvide clear written communication to clients regarding project status and performanceEnsure monthly reporting is delivered accurately and on scheduleParticipate in or support monthly client status calls as neededCross-Functional & Vendor CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless executionEnsure analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics) is properly implemented and maintainedSupport new business initiatives or pitches when applicableDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesEnsure project setup requirements and client access credentials are obtained and documentedReview and approve setup and ongoing deliverables before client submissionMonitor weekly project time usage and overall account healthCreate or contribute to internal status updates and account management reviewsAssess campaign performance and recommend optimization or growth opportunitiesQualificationsRequired3-5 years of experience in digital or online marketing, preferably within an agency environmentStrong background in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaignsDemonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering measurable resultsSolid understanding of SEO, PPC, and factors influencing search performanceExperience using analytics platforms such as Google AnalyticsAbility to analyze data, identify insights, and make informed strategic decisionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environmentPreferredBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institutionExperience working with CMS platforms and understanding their impact on SEOComfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and executivesProficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools
