Together, we're building the future we all aspire to - making net zero a reality.One team, one future.Role OverviewThe PMO Tools & Process Integration Specialist is responsible for digitizing, automating, and operationalizing PMO processes within the organization's project management tools. This role develops process maps, integrates templates and SOP links, and builds automated workflows to support consistent and scalable delivery of NGS power generation projects.The Specialist works closely with the PMO, Engineering, IT, and project teams to improve usability, adoption, and overall efficiency of PMO tools and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-to-end process maps for project execution and PMO governanceTranslate governance requirements into intuitive digital workflows and dashboardsMaintain up-to-date process diagrams aligned with PMO standardsBuild automated workflows for approvals, alerts, deliverable tracking, and gate complianceIntegrate templates, SOPs, and process documentation directly into PMO tool interfacesManage centralized libraries of PMO templates, forms, and SOP trackersEnsure version control and proper linkage between processes and templatesBuild dashboards for deliverable tracking, lifecycle stages, resource visibility, and compliance metricsAutomate routine reporting to reduce manual project management effortMonitor data quality and ensure accurate information flows across PMO systemsCoordinate with IT, Engineering, Project Managers, and leadership to support system integrations and enhancementsOther Duties and ResponsibilitiesComply with all EHS policies and procedures, including reporting unsafe activitiesCommunicate effectively with staff and management at all levelsMaintain the highest degree of honesty and integrityParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsProtect confidential informationWork in a global environment to maintain and update standards and best practicesMaintain a valid passport and driver's licenseTravel domestically and internationally approximately 20-30% of the work yearPerform other duties as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field3+ years of experience supporting PMO tools, workflow automation, or digital process design in the power generation or industrial sectorStrong understanding of project lifecycle frameworks, process governance, and business system integrationAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical and business documentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze complex processes and translate them into efficient digital workflowsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with tools such as SAP databases, Smartsheet, Visio, Miro, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar PMO and visualization toolsPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentRegularly required to stand and walk. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
