There is no challenge we can't turn into an opportunity. Position Overview Ennoble First is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Specialist to support a large-scale intelligence program. This role is responsible for managing configuration management activities across both developmental and operational systems, ensuring proper control of baselines, documentation, and change processes throughout the system lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting Agile environments while maintaining strong CM discipline, working collaboratively with engineering teams, program management, and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage and maintain program baseline documentation, including CDRLs and non-CDRL deliverables, along with associated approval and delivery processes Track and enforce configuration management policies across all hardware and software systems Create and maintain configuration baselines across development, test, and production environments Develop, update, and implement Configuration Management (CM) plans, policies, and procedures Support full lifecycle CM activities from initial requirements through system end-of-life Perform configuration status accounting, change control, and configuration audits Maintain Software/Hardware Management Plans and related procedures Conduct and support inventory requirements in accordance with contract and customer expectations (annual and quarterly) Maintain inventory of GOTS and COTS licenses and hardware assets Prepare reports and management information, including impact analysis and configuration status reports Organize and support CM audits of IT infrastructure Identify configuration items and maintain configuration status accounting records Host and document Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Engineering Review Board (ERB) meetings Develop reports, templates, and documentation supporting CM processes Participate in Agile ceremonies including release planning, daily scrums, and technical discussions Required Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and a Polygraph Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 6–10 years of experience, OR 10 years of experience in lieu of degree 6–8 years of experience as a Configuration Manager using CM tools and databases Experience managing multiple baselines across development, test, and production environments Experience with Agile and/or SAFe development methodologies Experience with Total Asset Management (TAM) of customer equipment Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, RocketChat, or Service+ Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Confluence and SharePoint Experience acquiring software and managing software licenses Experience establishing or improving Configuration Management processes and systems Experience leading Change Management or Configuration Management teams Experience improving and auditing deployment processes Understanding of CM processes across the full system lifecycle Experience with Government CM processes including SWAP, SWIDs, or similar tasking Pay Range $105-125k The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
