Description We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sr Service Desk specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will provide high-level remote support in a formal business environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and technical assistance to end users. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding remote technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly. - Maintain clear and attentive communication while assisting executives and other users with technical challenges. - Document all support activities thoroughly to ensure accurate tracking and resolution. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical issues. - Provide guidance and training to users on system functionalities and best practices. - Monitor and respond to service desk tickets within established timelines, ensuring efficient resolution. - Stay updated on current technologies to better support end users and improve service delivery. - Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of integrity. - Utilize remote access tools effectively to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Support system changes or upgrades as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk or help desk role. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and end users. - Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive user experience. - Proficiency in utilizing remote access tools to provide technical support. - Excellent documentation skills to ensure accuracy and completeness of records. - Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented demeanor suitable for a suit-and-tie work environment.
