This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning recruiting strategies with organizational goals while enhancing the overall employee experience.At C&S Companies, the diversity of our capabilities sets us apart. By leveraging our extensive in-house expertise, we streamline the delivery of complex, multi-discipline projects while maintaining the agility to execute smaller, specialized. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting and hiring the diverse, high-performing talent needed to support this work.Position ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic talent advisor to managers, partnering with leadership to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring process Utilize workforce planning and talent market insights to inform recruiting strategies and decision-making Support employer branding efforts and leverage digital recruitment tools, social media, and analytics to attract top talent Develop and enhance strategic partnerships with colleges and universitiesMentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed Participate in or lead talent acquisition-related projects and process improvements Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practicesSkills/Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field AEC industry strongly preferred but not required 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment in corporate, consulting, or agency environments Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting the development of team members Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS) Experience with digital sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and recruitment analytics Strong project management and organizational skillsEstimated Compensation Range and Benefits$60,000 - $80,000/year**Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.Learn about our comprehensive BenefitsWHO WE ARE: C&S Companies is a national planning, design, and construction firm with more than 600 employees and growing.
