Come grow with us!We are looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to pick customer orders or move product from shipping, receiving or storage areas to product bins using cherry pickers.This is a Swing Shift position: Mon-Thurs 2:30 pm to 12:00 am and Fridays 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position requires up to 8-9 hours of movement per shift (Monday through Thursday) and up to 4 hours of movement per shift on Friday, including standing, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending at the waist, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs per instance.Fill customer orders and deliver them to the packing area or loading dockObtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filledSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product codeMark materials with identifying information using the appropriate methodRepair bins as requiredEnsure that the work area and warehouse are clean and clutter-free at all timesFollow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing and using the proper safety equipmentWear the proper personal protective equipmentAdhere to Company Policy and ProceduresPerform duties as workload necessitatesCommunicate regularly with the Warehouse Managers or Inventory Control on problems with stock location size and changes requested by Wilmar employeesDemonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workloadConsistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of positionJob Type: Full-time$22-$23/hourRequirementsAbility to commute/relocate to Kent.
