**About theRole:** As a CBRE Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will assistwith the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences,and events. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They areresponsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients andvisitors of a designated building. **WhatYou'll Do:** - Primary point of contact for smaller meetings and events.Provide support for larger and more complex meetings and events as needed. - Work with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinateguest services. This includes arrival experience, transportation, signage,displays, special needs requirements, printing, and event security. - Create a hospitable environment for attendees, eventowners, and vendors on the day of the event. - Assist with conference room turnover and midday roomrefresh. Reconfigure rooms for evening indoor and outdoor spaces. Takedirection from senior team members. - Respond to event activities such as gathering eventsupplies, equipment needs, food & beverage services, facility security,etc. - Conduct room set up, refresh, and removal of food,beverage, and service items. Maintain outlines of small space configurations,decor possibilities, and event-related event items. - Complete room checks and ensure technical and visualspaces are functional. Troubleshoot audio and technical issues. - Manage a small inventory of event supplies. - Coordinatemaster meeting and events calendar for small to medium-sized event municate events schedule with team and service providers. - Assist with post-event reporting and reconciliation.Escalate potential issues and concerns as appropriate. - Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problemswhile having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. - Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasksare described in detail. - Deliver own output by following defined procedures andprocesses under close supervision and guidance. **WhatYou'll Need:** - High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years ofjob-related experience. - Fulfill the physical requirements associated with thisrole. This includes stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must beable to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. - Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in theapplication of work. - Communication skills to exchange straightforwardinformation. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
