This role owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, unifying marketing, sales, and partner ecosystems into a single, high-performance commercial engine.Operating in the fast-evolving Identity & Access Management (IAM) space, the CCO will scale pipeline, accelerate enterprise and mid-market adoption, and deepen strategic alliances with technology and channel partners. This leader will bring strong SaaS economics discipline, deep enterprise sales expertise, and a data-driven approach to growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Revenue StrategyOwn global revenue, pipeline, and bookings targets across direct and partner-led motionsDefine and execute the company's commercial strategy aligned to product, customer, and market prioritiesTranslate company vision into a scalable GTM operating model across regions and segmentsDrive predictable revenue growth through disciplined forecasting, pricing, and deal governanceSales LeadershipLead and scale global sales teams (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB, Inside Sales as applicable)Build a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture focused on execution and accountabilityOptimize sales methodology for complex IAM buying cycles involving security, IT, and business stakeholdersPartner closely with Customer Success to maximize expansion, retention, and lifetime valueMarketing LeadershipOwn demand generation, product marketing, brand, and go-to-market positioningStrengthen category leadership in IAM (e.g., CIAM, Workforce IAM, Zero Trust, PAM, IGA)Ensure tight alignment between marketing programs and sales executionLeverage data and analytics to continuously improve CAC efficiency and pipeline conversionChannels, Alliances & PartnershipsBuild and scale a global partner ecosystem including GSIs, VARs, MSPs, and technology alliancesDevelop strategic partnerships with cloud platforms, cybersecurity vendors, and IAM ecosystem playersDrive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue as a material portion of total bookingsDesign and optimize partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworksCross-Functional LeadershipServe as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company strategy and cultureCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer SuccessProvide regular commercial performance updates to the CEO and Board of DirectorsChampion customer-centricity across the organizationRequired Experience & Qualifications15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or IAM-adjacent marketsProven track record as a senior commercial leader (CCO, CRO, SVP Sales, or equivalent)Deep understanding of IAM buying personas, use cases, and enterprise sales cyclesDemonstrated success scaling global sales teams and partner ecosystemsStrong operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analyticsExperience working with PE-backed or high-growth SaaS companies preferredLeadership AttributesStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilityData-driven, outcomes-focused, and comfortable operating in ambiguityStrong people leader with a talent-first mindsetCredible executive presence with customers, partners, and board membersWhy Simeio?: Simeio is a global managed services provider offering Identity and Access Management solutions delivered as a service and interoperable with leading IAM tools.
