SAGE Dining Services is seeking an experienced, high-volume Staffing Recruiter to support our growing North American operations. This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Midwest, ideally in metropolitan areas such as St. Louis, MO, or Nashville, TN. As part of our recruiting team, you will partner closely with operations managers to identify, attract, and hire individuals seeking to build meaningful careers, not just a job. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and presenting top talent to hiring managers for final, in-person interviews at SAGE locations. Our recruiting team operates in a highly collaborative environment. Despite working remotely, team members connect daily to share successes, address challenges, and exchange best practices, ensuring consistency and strong performance across the group. The team is part of SAGE's larger Human Resources group, headquartered in Lutherville, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore.
