Turning CNC Lathe Machinist - Openings on 1st shift!Positrol Workholding, a workholding equipment manufacturer, is seeking a CNC Turning Lathe Machinist to join their team.We are a family-owned company that designs and builds custom work holding for round parts or parts machined in rotating machine tools (lathes, gear cutting machines, OD, ID grinders, etc.). This is a high-mix, low-volume shop.We offer flex time, but each shift is a minimum of 8 hours. 2nd shift usually starts around 4 PM and ends around 2 AM, but again it is flexible.Requirements:3-5 years experience programming lathes with conversational control languageExperience with Romi, Okuma or Fryer lathes is a plusMust be able to execute multiple setups per day and run small lot sizes with quantities ranging from approx. 1-6 pcs.Ability to read and interpret printsBasic math and trigonometry skillsWillingness to work overtime required on a weekly basisMust be able to stand for prolonged periods and lift 50 lbsWhat We Offer:Company pays 80% of medical insurance premiumsDental and vision401K with a company matchCompany-paid short and long-term disabilityCompany-paid life insuranceTuition reimbursement for work-related subjects/degreesPaid holidays & Paid time offFlex schedulesCompany Website:
