Interns will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.Essential FunctionsComplete Department project as assigned by department headAssist with ongoing daily administrative tasksSupport department for event preparationHelp prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documentsTrack progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projectsShadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasksRequired Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a FT undergraduate studentMust be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative SuiteDetail-oriented and exceptional attention to detailEager to learn and be proactive with new tasksAbility to work independently and efficientlyCompetency with hand tools is preferredAbility to multi-task and to be able to work with the public requiredMust be able to lift up to 40 lbsMust be able to work indoors and outsideMust be high-energy team playerMust be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticismASM Global reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
