We are an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents.Software is how the modern world runs-but there's not enough of it, and too much of what exists isn't good enough. Banks and governments still run COBOL from the 1970s. Budgets go to technical debt and maintenance instead of the features customers actually want. The bottleneck has always been the same: engineering talent is scarce and expensive, and budgets only stretch so far.AI agents make it possible to build more software, faster, at higher quality-and Cognition is at the center of that shift. We built Devin, the first AI software engineer, and we're working with some of the world's largest enterprises to fundamentally expand what their engineering organizations can deliver. We went from $1M to mid-nine-figures in revenue in a year, and are backed by some of the world's top investors, including Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Lux Capital, and 8VC.The RoleWe are looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented, and creative marketer to help us tell the stories of our customers. You'll be responsible for producing compelling content & campaigns that showcase Devin's impact across industries, from healthcare to finance to government to retail, in the US and internationally.What you will do:Build and nurture relationships with customersCreate co-marketing campaigns that are mutually beneficial, to both the customer, and to CognitionProduce compelling customer stories across multiple media including video, longform content, event talks, and photographyOverhaul our customer story hub on our website to be more visually compelling and navigableDevelop industry-specific proof points and materials for our industry sales teamsPartner with Revenue Marketing to amplify customer stories across a variety of channels, including events, email, and paid digital channelsManage production agencies for campaign creationBuild relationships with sales reps who own accounts to shepherd stories across the finish lineEnable sales reps on using stories to close dealsYou should have:2+ years in B2B / B2C marketing or demand gen experience, or in a role that involves community and storytelling (like early-stage venture)Excellent written and verbal storytelling abilitiesTrack record of creating compelling content across mediumsNatural ability to build relationships with customersAbility to go deep enough technically to tell engineering stories - but you don't need to be deeply technical, yourselfHighly organized and good at wrangling stakeholdersDesire to work hardWillingness to travel onsite to customers for shoots, around the US and internationally
