The core responsibilities of the role include partnering with executives and management team members to articulate and prioritize current and forecasted talent needs, developing and implementing metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts, leading college relations and campus recruitment programs, supervising an internal recruiting team, and managing all contractual recruitment resources. We are looking for a strong leader who is able to succeed as a business partner to senior managers as well as manage the recruiting process and recruiting personnel. The role requires an experienced and dynamic manager who is able to understand and work with all levels of the organization.JOB REQUIREMENTSRequirements:Bachelors degree in management or related disciplineGraduate degree or MBA preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a recruiting management role in a corporate recruiting departmentMinimum of 10 years of experience recruitingExperience in ATS and CMS implementation a plusProficiency in data analytics requiredExperience in talent acquisition within the manufacturing or in heavy steel industry a plus
